Reporting a Bug

If something isn't working as expected, please email figit@zarefoss.com with:

• A brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen
• The name of the fidget where the issue occurred
• Your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible

Requesting a Feature or New Fidget

We love hearing ideas from players. Send your suggestions to figit@zarefoss.com. Include a short description of the fidget or feature you'd like to see, and why you think it would be a good fit for Figit.

In-App Purchases

Figit offers optional fidget packs available for purchase through the App Store. All billing and payment is handled by Apple. If you have a question about a charge, a refund request, or a purchase that didn't restore correctly, please contact Apple Support at support.apple.com/billing.

To restore previously purchased packs after reinstalling the app, open Figit, navigate to any locked pack, and tap Restore Purchases.

Photo Library Access

The Memory Pack fidgets (Memory Dice, Memory Mosaic, Memory Carousel, Memory Constellation) request read-only access to your photo library to display your portrait photos. If you denied access and want to enable it, go to Settings → Figit → Photos and allow access. Photos are never uploaded or shared — they are only displayed locally on your device.

Common Questions

How do I unlock a fidget pack?
Tap any locked tile on the home screen to see the pack details and purchase options. Individual packs are available for a one-time purchase. An Everything Bundle unlocks all current and future packs at once.

I bought a pack but it shows as locked after reinstalling.
Tap the locked tile, then tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase will be restored at no charge.

How do I clear my Zen Garden?
Give your device a shake — this clears all rake lines while keeping your stones in place. Long-press a stone to remove it.

Does Figit work offline?
Yes. All fidgets work fully offline. No internet connection is required.
