Figit is a fidget and mini-game app developed by Kurt Zarefoss. This policy explains what information the app accesses, why, and what happens to it.
Memory Pack fidgets (Memory Dice, Memory Mosaic, Memory Carousel, Memory Constellation) request read-only access to your photo library to display your portrait photos within the app. Photos are loaded locally on your device only and are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored outside the app.
The Gravity Bead and Reactive Lava Lamp fidgets use your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to respond to how you tilt and move your phone. No motion data is recorded or transmitted — it is used solely to drive the on-screen animation in real time.
Game scores, fidget preferences, and purchase records are saved locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
Optional fidget packs are available for purchase through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Figit does not receive or store any payment or billing information. For Apple's privacy practices, see apple.com/legal/privacy.
Figit does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13. The app does not contain features that would be inappropriate for children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
